Our Patient Participation Group (PPG) was formed in 2011 and is made up of our patients along with some staff representation. We have a patient elected Chair and Secretary and meet each quarter on a Thursday morning at 9am for an hour.

The main focus of the group is to help the practice to improve its services to patients. The practices' aim is to include the PPG in key decision making and respond/reflect on feedback received.

If you would like to join our PPG please speak to a member of the reception team, who will ask you to leave your details. If you would like further information please leave your name and a contact telephone number and the practice manager will call you back.  For copies our the minutes from the PPG meetings please contact Emma Flint, Assistant Practice Manager.

Patient Feedback:

Patients are encouraged to provide feedback, comments and suggestions.  This is largely done via the completion of our feedback forms, which are housed on the main Reception desk (situated next to the comments box, where completed forms are posted).  As a Surgery we produce 'You Said / We Did' posters to notify patients of how we embrace feedback; these posters are located around the building.

Also, each year we undertake an annual patient survey, the findings of this survey can be found: http://www.cliftonroadsurgery-rugby.nhs.uk/surveyreport_form.aspx
