We take all feedback suggestions and complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service then please let us know. Held on our Reception desk is a copy of our Suggestion Form and Complaints Leaflet.
If you wish to make a complaint, please write to our Practice Manager (at the address below). She will take full details of your complaint and suggest the best ways to investigate your concerns.
