Comments & Complaints

We take all feedback suggestions and complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service then please let us know. Held on our Reception desk is a copy of our Suggestion Form and Complaints Leaflet.

If you wish to make a complaint, please write to our Practice Manager (at the address below).  She will take full details of your complaint and suggest the best ways to investigate your concerns.

We think it is important to deal with a complaint swiftly and in all cases we will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days, advising you of how long we expect it will be before we contact you after our intial investigations..
