Home Visits are only available for those that are housebound, terminally ill and those that are physically unable to attend the surgery due to illness.

Where you do not believe that you can physically attend the surgery due to an illness, a visit can be requested. Please try to request visits by calling the surgery on 01788 552211 before 10:30 so that the duty doctor can plan visits with the other doctors.

The duty doctor will call you back and will arrange a home visit after discussion with you. Any request for a visit after 10.30 should only be for urgent problems.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit.
