Coronavirus Vaccinations

To book your coronavirus vaccination (first or second) this has be to booked through the:

NHS website – NHS: Book or manage your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination
or by calling 119

These vaccinations can no longer be booked through the GP practice.

The national booking service will give you a number of options including the vaccination centre at Locke House (Rugby), Stoneleigh, or local pharmacy sites who also offer Covid Vaccines.

Please do not contact your GP as they will not be able to make you an appointment.

The surgery will close at 12:30 on Thursday 7th October for staff training and will re-open at 08:00 on Friday 8th October
